Anti Rust VCI Emitter

Usage method of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor emitter:

1. Vci Emitter Box can be installed in the flat elevation or plane of the equipment. Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the bottom contact material is dry and clean.

2. During installation of Anti Rust VCI Emitter, please tear off the protective adhesive tape on the back, stick the foam adhesive on the back to the predetermined position, and press it firmly.

3. Try to install VCI Emitter in the sealed space in advance to play a good role in rust prevention.

4. Each Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor emitter can protect the effective space of less than 100 liters, and the space of more than 100 liters, so the number of diffuser should be increased proportionally, and the diffuser should be evenly distributed in the box to achieve the best antirust effect.

5. If VCI Emitter is opened frequently, it should be replaced every 3-6 months.

Why does rust protection also apply to the interior of electrical control equipment?

Many customers believe that equipment installed indoors will not corrode, but in reality, a significant amount of rust occurs in control cabinets, distribution boxes, and the internal spaces of the equipment. Especially in export shipping, long-term storage, or high-humidity environments, condensation can easily form inside the equipment due to temperature differences, leading to oxidation and corrosion of terminals, wiring connections, and metal components. VCI Emitter continuously releases rust-inhibiting molecules, creating a protective environment throughout the entire enclosed space. Even seams, gaps, and areas not directly accessible provide uniform protection. Therefore, it is widely used for rust-proofing packaging inside export control cabinets, power equipment, communication equipment, and precision machinery.
