Anti-Rust Solution for the Drive Motor Assembly Sent to Vietnam

A customer of a domestic new energy auto parts company has a batch of drive motor assemblies to be exported to Vietnam. Before they are officially shipped for export, they need to be stored and transported in a domestic warehouse for 6 months, during which they have to go through short-distance land transportation from the factory to the warehouse. Taking into account the strict anti-rust requirements of imported parts and components in Vietnam, the customer finally used our customized VCI film rust inhibitor anti-rust solution. After the end of the 6-month storage and transportation cycle, all drive motor assemblies remained intact without any metal rust, which was well received by customers.

We first use a special rust inhibitor to pretreatment the key parts of the motor assembly to form a transparent protective film, which can isolate moisture and does not affect the electrical conductivity of the coil; then load the motor assembly as a whole into a customizedVCI reinforced stretch film, VCI reinforced stretch film can release gas phase anti-rust molecules, penetrate into the gaps inside the motor, and play a protective role on steel, copper, aluminum alloy and other metals at the same time; finally, the sealed VCI reinforced stretch film is neatly packed on the warehouse pallet to avoid damage or extrusion of the bag, and ensure that the entire storage and transportation period is in a closed and protective state.

Starting from the customer's factory and inspecting after arriving at the warehouse, VCI reinforced stretch film did not show water seepage or damage, and the internal motor assembly remained dry. After the 6-month storage and transportation period is over, when all motor assemblies are unpacked, the quality inspection personnel of the Vietnamese customer will inspect them on-site and use professional instruments to detect the corrosion of the metal surface, which meets their import standards.
