Product Introduction
The Woven Reinforced Steel coil VCI paper, manufactured by CVCI, is a cutting-edge anti-rust packaging material that offers superior performance. Fundamentally, it is a protective packaging solution for heavy-duty metal products such as steel coils and steel plates during their transportation and storage. However, this paper can also be used for packaging steel coils, plates, and metal sheets in the metallurgical industry, and it finds extensive application in machinery, automotive parts, power equipment, and metal processing sectors. The paper provides reliable and consistent anti-rust protection to metal products, especially when transported by sea or stored for a long time under challenging environmental conditions.

Product structure
1. VCI molecules are dispersed evenly on the surface of the Woven Reinforced Anti Rust Paper, making it possible for the rust-preventive molecules to be constantly re-emanated.
2. A layer of polyethylene film acts as a moisture barrier, preventing moisture vapor from passing through it.
3. The external woven fabric layer not only strengthens the entire material but also makes it more resistant to tensile forces and wear.
Protection Types
The Steel Packing Woven Fabric Paper can be effectively used for the anti-corrosion packaging of various metal materials such as cold-rolled steel coils, galvanized steel coils, silicon steel sheets, aluminum plates as well as other ferrous and alloy materials. Thanks to VCI technology, it is able to successfully prevent the appearance of rust on metal surfaces during transport and storage and thus it can contribute to both the safety of product transport and the stability of storage.

Usage Instructions
It is essential to keep the metal surface clean, dry, and without any oil stains or moisture residues.
In the process of cutting and packaging, the Woven Reinforced Anti Rust Paper should be kept uncontaminated (e.g., by stepping on it, or through contact with dust or perspiration).
At the time of packaging, the Steel coil VCI paper should be oriented such that its protective side (the side without the non-woven fabric) is facing the metal surface.
During the packaging process, besides the metal and the anti-rust material, avoid direct contact of bare hands with the interface.
Preserve the packaging mask so that it is not damaged or air can enter.
When the packaging is open, the material should be used immediately; if there is any remnant, close the package tightly before placing it in the storage.
Storage Requirements
Steel Packing Woven Fabric Paper should be stored in a warehouse that is cool, dry, and protected from rain. The paper must be kept away from ground moisture and should not be exposed to direct sunlight or in contact with corrosive substances like acids and alkalis. To lessen the effect of moisture, it is advised to keep a distance of at least 0.1 meters between the product and the floor during storage. The temperature inside the warehouse should be kept below 40°C, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%. If these storage conditions are followed, the product will last for three years from the production date.

FAQ:
1. What types of metal is Steel Coil VCI Paper compatible with?
Steel Coil VCI Paper can be used for cold-rolled steel coils, galvanized steel coils, silicon steel sheets, aluminum plates, carbon steel, alloy steel, and similar materials.
2. Can you explain how VCI wrapping paper works to prevent rust?
It generates VCI molecules inside a sealed packaging, which then create a protective film on the metal surface. This film acts as a barrier to metal corrosion.
3. Why is the woven reinforcement structural layer included?
The woven reinforcement fabric layer serves to increase not only the tensile strength of the material but also its resistance to tearing and punctures.
4. Is VCI wrapping paper environmentally friendly?
It is not only free of phosphates, chromates, and heavy metals but also meets the international environmental standards like RoHS, REACH, PFOS, and PFOA.
5. Do you know the shelf life of VCI wrapping paper?
It keeps good for 3 years from the production date if kept in a cool and dry place. Storage conditions below 40°C and relative humidity below 85% are advised.
