Product Introduction
Woven Reinforced Packaging Paper boasts a multi-layer structure, including a rust-inhibiting base paper, VCI corrosion inhibitors, PE barrier layer, and woven reinforcement layer; this composite design offers quite a bit of protective performance over ordinary rust-inhibiting papers. It works by releasing VCI molecules that form a protective film in a closed environment, thus preventing the metal oxidation reaction at the source and effectively keeping rust at bay. Woven Reinforced Packaging Paper does not contain phosphates, chromates, or heavy metals and is compliant with environmental regulations like RoHS and REACH. The MOQ is 500 kilograms.

Woven Reinforced VCI Paper has a basis weight of 160g/m² (±5%) that makes it a good choice for large surface wrapping and heavy-duty packaging uses. It can handle the tension and external forces encountered in steel coil packaging because its tensile strength in the longitudinal direction (MD) is ≥6.0 kN/m and in the transverse direction (CD) is ≥3.0 kN/m.
