Anti‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Corrosion Oil for Steel has a formula developed in line with the SF/229T standard. It is a professional anti-rust oil especially formulated to safeguard galvanized steel sheets against corrosion. Base of the product is made of refined mineral oil, mixed with a variety of extremely potent corrosion inhibitors, film-forming agents, and surfactants, capable of creating a strong and stable protective oil film system. Anti Corrosion Oil for Steel is very compatible with electrostatic spraying methods and shows top-notch anti-rust results. The MOQ of Metal Protection Oil is 500kg.

Performance Parameters

Metal Protection Oil is a brown oily liquid with an open-cup flash point of ≥130°C that provides a very safe level of operation in industries. Its kinematic viscosity at 40°C is strictly controlled within the limits of 24 ± 2 mm²/s; this means that spraying can be done smoothly and at the same time a stable oil film will be formed on metal surfaces. SF/229T shows good resistance to humid heat; for instance, it can last for 336 hours or even more in humid heat tests (using 10# steel) without serious corrosion and also it successfully meets the 7-day protection requirements in stacked-sheet tests. In real-life use, Metal Protection Oil can protect galvanized steel sheets against rusting for more than a year leading to most warehousing and logistics transportation cycle requirements being met.

R&D and Testing

The CNAS-accredited laboratory at CVCI is 4,000 square meters in size. There are more than 100 pieces of equipment for specialized tests in the center, and this allows us to perform systematic verification of anti-rust performance and product stability.
