Anti Corrosion Oil for Steel features a formulation optimized in accordance with the SF/229T standard. It is a professional-grade anti-rust oil developed specifically to meet the corrosion protection requirements of galvanized steel sheets. Utilizing a refined mineral oil base, the product incorporates a blend of highly effective corrosion inhibitors, film-forming agents, and surfactants to establish a robust and stable protective oil film system. Anti Corrosion Oil for Steel is particularly well-suited for electrostatic spraying processes and delivers exceptional anti-rust performance.

Performance Parameters:

Metal Protection Oil appears as a brown, oily liquid with an open-cup flash point of ≥130°C, ensuring a high level of safety in industrial applications. Its kinematic viscosity at 40°C is controlled within the range of 24 ± 2 mm²/s; this ensures a smooth spraying process while simultaneously forming a stable oil film on metal surfaces. SF/229T demonstrates excellent resistance to humid heat; in humid heat tests (using 10# steel), it withstands ≥336 hours without exhibiting significant corrosion, and it meets the 7-day protection requirements in stacked-sheet tests. In practical applications involving galvanized steel sheets, Metal Protection Oil provides rust protection for over one year, thereby satisfying the requirements of most warehousing and logistics transportation cycles.
