In the packaging of automotive parts, bearings, machinery, and exported metal products, traditional rust-preventive oils typically only protect directly contact areas, leaving blind spots in threads, crevices, blind holes, and complex internal structures. Ordinary rust-preventive oils require large quantities, incur high transportation costs, and have limited rust-preventive periods, making them unsuitable for ocean freight exports and long-term warehousing.

CVCI's High Concentrated VCI Oil uses low-viscosity refined mineral oil combined with its proprietary high-efficiency VCI corrosion inhibitor system, providing dual protection through both contact rust prevention and VCI vapor phase rust inhibition. After solvent evaporation, only a uniform, ultra-thin protective film remains. VCI molecules continue to evaporate and diffuse into the packaging, forming a rust-preventive protective layer even in threads, cavities, crevices, and complex internal structures, significantly reducing corrosion risks during ocean freight, warehousing, and export transportation.

Solvent-diluted antirust oil has excellent antirust performance, easy unsealing, and leveling properties. This product has passed accelerated corrosion tests under various harsh conditions, and the antirust period can reach more than two years. This product has excellent anti-rust performance and self-leveling property. It can be covered evenly when brushing, and the oil film can be automatically leveled within 10 minutes, which can effectively reduce the usage amount and reduce the packaging cost.

Customer Application Case

A construction machinery parts manufacturer, which exports to the European market, produces products with numerous threaded holes and machined cavities. Previously, the customer used ordinary rust-preventive oil, but occasional internal corrosion still occurred after approximately 45 days of sea freight. After switching to CVCI's High Concentrated VCI Oil, the products underwent a dip-coating process and were packaged with a VCI rust-preventive film.
