1. Electromechanical Antirust Paper is a new type of antirust paper made from high-quality antirust base paper and coated with safe, efficient and multi-metal VCI. Electromechanical Antirust Paper is especially suitable for antirust packaging of mechanical and electrical products with high requirements on the performance and surface quality of VCI antirust paper.

2. After the product is packaged, the VCI contained in the paper is slowly vaporized and volatilized at room temperature to form inhibitor steam, which is adsorbed on the metal surface and forms a molecular protective film, thus playing an excellent role in VCI rust prevention and excellent contact rust  prevention effect when contacting with metal.

SF/D306-67PO: non-composite structure, VCI volatile on both sides;

SF/D306-92PA: single-sided composite polyethylene structure with waterproof and moisture-proof functions.

Protected objects:

Electromechanical Antirust Paper is designed to protect a variety of metals commonly used in industrial applications, including steel, cast iron, aluminum and its alloys, copper, galvanized passivated surfaces, and electrical steel. It is not suitable for magnesium, and for other less common metals, suitability should be verified through testing to ensure optimal anti-corrosion performance.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place in a sealed manner, avoid direct sunlight and fire sources and corrosive substances. Electromechanical Antirust Paper can be used at any time. If Electromechanical Antirust Paper cannot be used up at one time, it should be sealed and stored again. The warranty period is 3 years from the date of delivery.
