Stator Iron Core Exported to Thailand Anti-Rust Program

A domestic motor manufacturing company has a batch of stator iron cores to be exported to Thailand, and before they are officially shipped for export, they need to be turned around in China, with a total turnover cycle of up to 6 months. From the first packing in the customer's factory, to the short-term storage in the transit warehouse, and then to the port warehouse waiting for shipment, the 6-month turnover period is over. When the Thai customer opened the box at the port for acceptance, no rust spots were found, and the flatness of the core surface also met the assembly requirements.
