Water Based Rust Preventative is a colorless to light yellow uniform liquid. Water Based Rust Preventative is used for rust prevention of steel, cast iron and other ferrous metal parts during the process or transportation. It can be diluted with water to prepare different concentrations according to the requirements of the rust prevention period and is suitable for high-pressure spraying process. Water Based Rust Preventative forms an extremely thin transparent film on the metal surface to achieve rust prevention protection, which is particularly suitable for metal rust prevention where oiling is not allowed.

How to use Water Based Rustproof Fluid:

• Brushing or soaking.

• Add the required anti-rust concentrate into water and stir evenly. The recommended concentration is 3%~10%, the temperature is 20-60℃, and the spray pressure is <3.0MPa.

• It is best to use deionized water for dilution; add a certain amount of concentrate into a certain amount of water for dilution under stirring at room temperature.

Storage and removal:

In terms of packaging and storage, Water Based Rustproof Fluid is valid for one year and should be stored in a cool and ventilated place and stored and preserved in accordance with the requirements of chemicals. Special attention should be paid to antifreeze in winter to avoid damage to product performance. In terms of removal after use, Water Based Rustproof Fluid can be completely removed from the metal surface by degreasing agent or alkaline cleaning method.
