VCI Pearl Cotton is a multifunctional plastic foam sheet that integrates both antirust and cushioning properties. As a type of Pearl Cotton Packing Film, it releases VCI to form an invisible protective layer around metal surfaces in relatively sealed environments, effectively preventing rust and oxidation. Product classification of VCI Pearl Cotton:
VCI Pearl Cotton is divided into steel type and multi-metal type according to the applicable material, which can meet the anti-rust requirements of different metal products.
According to different structures, it can be further divided into the following three categories:
Type I: Double-sided volatile type, double-sided release of VCI vapor phase rust inhibitor, suitable for scenes with higher protection requirements.
Type II: Single-sided composite PE film, with one side anti-rust and one side moisture-proof function, suitable for conventional packaging needs.
Type III: Single-sided composite woven fabric, which enhances material strength and wear resistance, suitable for large or heavy equipment packaging.
How to use Pearl Cotton Packing Film:
VCI Pearl Cotton is easy to use and flexible, suitable for rust protection of various metal products. When packaging, Pearl Cotton Packing Film can be wrapped around the surface of metal products, or used as a cushion or filling material to prevent collision and corrosion. Every 1.0 square meter of VCI Pearl Cotton can effectively protect about 0.5 cubic meters of confined space. When using, ensure that the distance between Pearl Cotton Packing Film and the metal surface does not exceed 30 cm so that the vapor phase rust inhibitor can fully play its role. To achieve the best protection effect, it is recommended to use it in a relatively sealed packaging environment.
