Chengdu International Auto Parts and After-sales Service Exhibition

CVCI participated in the Chengdu International Auto Parts and After-sales Service Exhibition from May 22 to 24. The exhibition attracted many professional customers and buyers in the industry. As a member of the commercial vehicle parts exhibition group, we brought a variety of anti-rust products independently developed and produced by the company, including anti-rust liquid, anti-rust paper, anti-rust film and other practical products, which received widespread attention.

At the exhibition, many people showed great interest in our anti-rust paper. Can anti-rust paper really prevent metal from rusting? Of course it can. The anti-rust paper produced by CVCI uses advanced VCI technology. This material will slowly release anti-rust factors and can form a protective film on the surface of the metal, keeping the metal clean and dry for a long time. For auto parts, packaging with this anti-rust paper not only saves the trouble of oiling, but also reduces the cost of later cleaning, which is convenient and environmentally friendly.

We specially set up an anti-rust test display area at the booth so that customers can intuitively see the actual effect of our anti-rust products. On site, we selected untreated metal parts and used our anti-rust products for protective treatment. In a short period of time, after spray simulation humidity and salt spray environment tests, no rust spots appeared on the metal surface after rust prevention treatment, while the untreated comparison samples had obvious signs of corrosion.

This simple but intuitive experiment attracted a large number of customers to stop and watch, and many people tried it on the spot and took photos to record it. Many customers said that this direct demonstration made them more confident in the rust prevention effect of our products, and they also trusted our R&D strength and process level. After watching the display, several customers immediately expressed their intention to cooperate and made an appointment for a follow-up factory field visit. After the meeting, more than a dozen customers visited our company on site. They were very satisfied with our production line, quality inspection process and warehousing capacity. After the visit, some customers decided to place orders on the spot, and some customers said that they would cooperate in the long-term development of new rust prevention projects.
