• Automotive steel plate protection: Develop VCI anti-rust film/paper with long-term vapor phase anti-rust function, effectively inhibit the formation of white rust and black rust, and meet the 12-24 months storage anti-rust requirements of the main engine plant.

• Electrical steel anti-rust solution: Silicone oil-free, low-chlorine formula design to avoid affecting the electromagnetic properties of silicon steel sheets, and passed the Baowu BOS standard certification.

• High-end galvanized sheet packaging: Neutral pH anti-rust material, excellent compatibility with the coating, solves the zinc layer corrosion problem caused by traditional packaging.

Intelligent anti-rust packaging production line

• Jointly develop online automatic film laminating machine units with steel companies to achieve seamless connection between anti-rust packaging and rolling processes, and improve efficiency by 50%.

• Humidity indicator packaging materials: intuitively display the environmental status inside the packaging through color changes, helping customers to accurately control inventory quality.
